CGW is looking for Diamonds!

Hello! As a really new forum, I am looking for Diamonds (admin)!

The Diamonds are going to be the backbone of CGW! I will only fill this position if I feel the candidate is fully capable of handling the Diamond's duties and will work the best with me. If I do not find an applicant I will not fill these positions. Also be aware that whoever is accepted will be put under a trial run for approximately 2 weeks time to make sure things run smoothly!

The duties of a Diamond (in addition to your specified role):

~ Be able to commit at least 1 to 2 hours a day to CGW
~ Lead by example with maturity. Maintain an unbiased approach to every situation. Or, be aware enough that if you are unable to do so that you need to pass the situation onto me (Rose Quartz)
~ Be able to answer PMs about the site
~ Make announcements and keep up to date on projects, or sections you are in charge of.
~ Post around the site frequently
~Treat this position and application like you would a real job

The Open Diamond Positions:

~ Graphics Diamond
~ Roleplay Diamond
~ Events & Entertainment Diamond


The duties of the Graphics Diamond:

~ Be able to create quality graphics
~ Create graphics daily, sometimes at last minute
~ Make vectors/renders

The duties of the Roleplay Diamond:
~ Design the roleplay area
~ Oversee the roleplay area
~ Oversee any roleplay staff
~ Answer questions about the roleplay area

The duties of the Events & Entertainment Diamond:
~ Organise and coordinate large events and work with various members to make projects and events come together
~ Be able to mediate, and distribute work appropriately
~ Create a yearly calendar of events
~ Oversee the Homeworld section of CGW
