Suggestion: Sticky Topics Spelling Out what Each Board is For

Just thought this idea would be helpful. Having there already be at least one topic in each board would help a lot in making the forum not look dead, and I think the boards need sticky threads that explain clearly what they're all for anyway. Because honestly, I'm afraid to make some new topics in the empty subforums because of the guesswork I'll have to do if there isn't a clear explanation for every board.
